I was double debited and I then called Customer care and the consultant who was assisting me was very helpful. She even assured me that the other amount was reversed. When I called it was on Saturday morning. She promised that the amount will reflect on my account either on Saturday afternoon or on Monday. This afternoon the money indeed reflected on my account.
