Good retention process

<p>I called Discovery to cancel my policy, as i obtained a cheaper quote from another insurance company. The lady in retentions immediately asked which company it was, and when i told her, she showed me difference between my current policy and the new quote - there were excesses i was unaware of, which were way more than Discovery.
