Good on a day of accident, but what happens afterwards - another story

Discovery Insure are extremely good assisting on a day of an accident, but what happens later in the process is another story.

The courtesy car offered on the plan does not bring that much of courtesy - you have to pay instantly on the day receiving the car to the rental company (my case Avis). Today I'm on day10 post return and still haven't received the money. You have to have spare cash for something is sold as a courtest on the plan.

If I haven't checked with the panel beaters on the progress of the car myself, the car was going into stand in pounded who knows for how long. Panel beaters were unable to retrieve the car and insurance was too slow to react.

Discovery Insurance follows the process and doesn't treat each situation personally: I'm driving only half-fixed car for 5 weeks now after highlighting on the day of the car return that it was not fixed. Discovery prioritisies and gives freedom to contractors and not to customers.
