Good Job Mary-Anne Shobane

I needed help getting a refund processed, the finance department had not executed an instruction properly and Mary-Anne Shobane helped me to find out what happened and why, then she made the effert to get back to me to make sure that the refund was received. While the Discovery Insure products were not ultimately what I needed, the service offered by this consultant, Mary-Anne Shobane, was EXCELLENT.
