Good effiecient service

I phoned in do obtain a servicing quote and there was a systems error. Normally that would be the basis of someone complaining but these things happens. The reason for my compliment is because the Call Centre agent that assisted me, Brandon Ryan, thoroughly impressed me with the follow up emails that I received up to where the issue was resolved. Not once did I have to call for feedback. At regular intervals an email with progress would drop in my Inbox. A very pleasant experience.
