Good deal, bad experience with claims administrator
Thank you to Travis who got me a good insurance deal, sadly he's no longer with Discovery. Very disappointed by Shaun Bloch and Nombali Maseko in handling my claim, slow and rather inefficient and not keen to answer all my questions. Thank you to Nhlanhla Msimango, who even though he wasn't handling my claim, gave me much information to make me feel at ease about letting go of my vehicle which was written off.
The emergency team were amazing (forgot the lady's name who assisted me).
