Good day, well done to Discovery for their ****y service......I have a house flooded with water for 8 days now and discovery still sending someone to come replace my geyser... they don't give the **** about my kids that has to suffer and us getting sick. I spoke to several agents Discovery has been taking me for an ASS my ****** kids are suffering in a house ****** flooded since last week Tuesday 16 June when I logged my flippen claim.

Nombulelo Martha Andre Jade Dominique Ntekane All of these usless agents promised to call me back and proimised that a service provide will come since last week to install the geyser. I’m at that point to linkin Mr Theron because no one wants to assist or can assist me. Should my kids get ILL because of this im going to SUE discovery and all of you. I have recoreded all my calls and saved all my emails with these useless agents that is working from home and cant do there job right. You are one of the TOP companies and you cant even serve your clients right. I said I will not pay discovery until my geyser is fixed.. If you don’t call me in 10 min im going to take the matter further…

so lets see my house should probably flood away but well thye need to replace every little piece … im so angry I feel like crying for my poor kids that needs to suffer like this.
