Good Customer Service
After struggling with some technical issues related to my Discovery Insure app, i was assisted by Thomas Ndhlovu from the Client Servicing department. He was patient and highly knowledgeable in assisting me resolve the issue, and eventually we managed to solve the problem. Hence a 9.9 out of 10 to him for making this a pleasant experience :-)
