Good customer service

Hi <br> I would like to send the compliment for Refilwe Manoko. <br> <br> I have been dealing with her for quite some time now since she started with Discovery Insure. I have noticed that she has good customer relation and is able to interact with us over the phone regarding our client queries. <br> <br> I recent spoke to her today and in regard with the incorrect date have been put on our new client and requested the debit. She was able to assist to change the date and also explained in regard with the account to be credited. She is a good listener, pays attention to details and give feedback efficiency. <br> <br> I am very happy dealing with her. <br> Happy Broker
