Good customer service

To whom it may concern <br> <br> I would like to send the compliment for the good service I had with Lerato Matshepe from the call centre. <br> <br> She has good customer service, good product knowledge and knows her system. I always speak her and I have notice the above. Today she also assisted me with on of our client query to change the address and do a quotation on the building cove, she was so efficiency and provided all the answers for my question. <br> <br> One more thing she has been very patient because I had to put her on hold and getting more information from our client. <br> <br> She must keep it up her good work because its also make our lives easier to deal with such consultants. <br> <br>
