To whom it may concern<br> <br> I would like to send take this opportunity and send the compliment for Ntando Shabalala. I have came across with Ntando at the call centre several times. <br> <br> She has been so helpful with all kinds of queries that I have dealt with her.<br> <br> She doesn't mind to go an extra mile to find the information in order to resolve the query even if you are asking a general question while you are busy with another query she will not ignore instead will give you the answer. <br> <br> example I just spoke to her regarding one of our client amendments on the policy but I have to aske her some question in regard with the windscreen excesses and she gave me that feedback instantly as well doing the other amendments.<br> <br> She has very good manners and patience. <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
