Good customer service

I called the call Centre on Friday the 14th of February 2020, and I was assisted by Nomfundo Baloyi as I wanted my vehicle to be towed from my house to Randburg. I told her that I called previously on the 8th of February 2020 and I had to request for my call to be closed s I didn't agree with the service provider who was supposed to tow my car. She found me a towing company and advised me that they will be at my house within 30-45 minutes. And they came within the estimated time. I would like to say that I am satisfied about Nomfundo's service, she did an outstanding job. And I would like to advise discovery insure that consultants like her are for keeps
