Good and efficient service with a quick response

Made a claim two weeks ago for a car accident and the call centre personnel were quite helpful and fast in getting towing services to the scene. And dealing with the insurance call centre for day to day enquiries I would say I was really satisfied as they tried to get the claim approved as quick as possible. From past experience my claim is usually approved after a month or even more but it took them two weeks to approve and start the repairs on the land rover Discovery 4. Happy with the overall service. Now I know where my money goes every month.
