Good agent but unfair algorithms
This is difficult because Nomfundo Sibeko was great and super helpful but I’m not impressed that Discovery’s algorithm increased my premiums even though I moved to a safer neighbourhood and much closer to work which means lower risk for accidents. She tried her best to get me the best possible price and I’m so grateful for her effort.

I am still going to get quotes to change my insurance because I don’t see why I should be penalised for moving closer to work, and to a better neighbourhood and reduce my risk of having an accident. I should be paying less, not more! Discovery is all about “rewards” but never when it matters.
