Going the extra mile ...
I had a wonderful experience with a lady by the name of Reabetswe Mabidikana. She took the time and effort to even finalize an insurance claim on a Sunday afternoon to ensure smooth sailing from Monday - she had a wonderful and friendly tone and this made a huge difference in the phone conduct we usually receive. Thank you Reabetswe!
