Going the extra mile and attitude

Would like to compliment Ntokozo on the way she handled my problem. She was vey understanding to my situation. She was very professional and had a great warm hearted attitude towards me, she also went the extra mile in explaining my policy and how I could save further. She is a great asset to the company and we def need more people like her. Well done. Very happy
