Going the extra Mile

I phoned in to deal with a particularly tricky problem, Letlotlo not only managed to sort out the problem efficiently but managed to acknowledge a service issue had occurred, she then went on to resolve the problem and make it understood that the client should be penalized in any way. An absolute pleasure.
