Going the extra mile

I had the most incredible experience with the assistance I got from William Machitiso at the Discovery help desk on Friday 5 April 2019 @ 4:30pm. William went out of his way to help me, staying calm & informative (while I was in a bit of a panic with a car-breakdown & 2 young kids in stress because of it) . From the moment I phoned William it only took 30 minutes for a tow-truck driver to be with me. And all the time William kept in contact with me to ensure that me & the kids were fine & safe. Thank you William & Discovery Insure for putting my needs first & ensuring my safety on Friday!
