Going the extra Mile

Compliment Due on going the extra Mile with excellent Service Too often we only document all the negatives so today I would like to place a compliment on file and hope that this is recognized and the relevant people are notified of excellent service which is rarely experienced.

I am a client of Discovery Insure and have had the unfortunate experience in logging a claim for an incident which was handled in a manner which caused a lot of delay because of un foreseen circumstance. I made one telephone call to Awelani Nemaangani at Discovery Insure explaining my situation and nature of the claim she was professional and took control told me she would look at all relevant issues and get back to me that afternoon, in today”s times no one keeps to the commitment but I was pleasantly surprised by Awelani Nemaangani contact ********** email ********** She Returned my call that afternoon as promised and with a solution. I would highly recommend her work commitment and ethics in the way she handled the matter and further would prove her to be an asset to any organization. Best of luck to her in her future career and hope she is recognized.
