I really appreciate the assistance from Natasja Badenhorst from the Sandton branch in the claims dept. She was extremely helpful and really did her best to assist me as a client. I noticed she truly went the extra mile in helping to resolve my claim. Her friendliness, courtesy and professionalism are things that stood out during my interaction with her.
