Going The Extra Mile

Michael Bartels did an excellent and efficient assessment at our place in Queensburgh which my 76 year old mum-in-law occupies alone. After the break in, she was rather fearful. After Michael's visit, where he loaded airtime for her and offered to take her to the shops so she could buy anything she might have needed. She was so pleasantly surprised and so much at ease and had a sense of calmness. Not only is Michael an extremely efficient assessor but one of the the very few good samaritans that we are blessed to have. Thank you sincerely Michael. We are new to Discovery Insure, but having people like Michael on your team, I will highly recommend the company to anyone.
