To Whom It May Concern<br> I would like to give a very well deserved compliment to Shamanie Pillay for her excellent work ethic, she exceeded my expectations. After experiencing a problem with the debit order and a few requests which were not actioned as i had requested, she took the time to call me and find out what the issues were and how she could resolve them, she went as far as resolving all of them within a few minutes, and giving me feedback and calling to explain what i should expect and ensure that i was happy with the policy.
