Going the extra mile
I had a wonderful interaction with Ayanda when she assisted with a quotation for vehicle insurance. <br> She was very helpful, she managed to access the information from a quotation I did a while ago as I was not willing to go supply the information again. She was calm and sounded very happy to assist, you could hear the smile in her voice. Well done Ayanda, consultants of your personality are needed, ESPECIALLY on a Friday.
