Going the extra mile

I had the pleasure in dealing with Mlondi a couple of days ago when a client had to add a motorcycle to his existing policy. Clients always want things done yesterday and Mlondi understood the urgency of the matter and dealt with the addition in a very efficient and friendly manner. I had the updated schedule & confirmation of cover letter in place way before the client went to the dealership to collect his new bike. I must also say that I have dealt with Mlondi on numerous other occasions and he is always very helpful, efficient and pleasant to deal with.
