Going beyond expectations

I was involved in an accident on Tuesday. They called me immediately and when they could not get me - my husband was called. The efficiency of the staff was extraordinary. I have been allocated a support staff member and have been offered trauma counselling. I am overwhelmed with their care, love and kindness.
