Thank you very much Riaan Whitney for your assistance on my claim no.***, on the invisible leakage of pipes in my kitchen wall. You didn't take the service provider report but you went the extra mile by coming to my house to verify my claim and you further sent Kopano to confirm what you saw. Now my claim has been approved and can't wait for the service provider to change the leaking pipes and restore the damaged part of my cabinet. Thank you once again, much appreciated
