Give praise where praise is due

After making many calls and sending many messages in regards to an issue I had with our discovery insurance and not receiving a satisfactory explanation or answer, I eventually called and asked to speak to a supervisor. I was connected with Zimkita Sundu who within 10 minutes rectified the issue. A prime example of how dealing with someone directly rather than automated services got the job done.
