Gigi,Brett,Khumo,Ravi great Job

After my accident a few weeks back, (that was not my fault) I had to struggle to get response from Discovery....however the above mentioned.....they were exceptionally great...they made me want to request a quote for my girlfriend to move from her insurance Gigi spoke to me about my excess waiver and promised to get back to me by end of business today....and i had already prepared myself to expect communication either tomorrow or at the last working hour of today....surprise surprise....she called me in under 45 mins with the great new.... initially when i was transferred to her i was very skeptical and she took the time to calm me down and reassure me....at the end of the initial call I was feeling much better than the first call I HAD to make after not receiving communication despite me having tried to get in touch with my claims consultant. thanks again Gigi....i really appreciate your service
