I would like to commend Gift Simango from Discovery Insure Retentions department! If the entire Discovery staff (and the Discovery Bureaucracy) were as dedicated and loyal as Gift is, Discovery would be very Lucky! Gift went beyond and above his normal duties to try and reduce my Discovery Insure premiums and retain me as a Discovery Insure customer. Unfortunately, he was not able to get my premiums down to what the competitors had quoted me, but it was definitely not for a lack of trying on his part! Because such exception customer service is rare nowadays, I was almost tempted to remain with Discovery Insure, but at the end of the day lower premiums won out! Thank you Gift and keep up the sterling work! It will get you very far in your career!
