Gestapo Insure...

<p>My family and I experienced a traumatic armed ******* at our home which lasted for several hours. Most of our jewellery was ****** from a safe in the house, along with many other items, as well as my car. The claim value turned out to be quite substantial, and this led to Discovery Insure resorting to all sorts of tricks. Firstly, they tried to prove that we were under insured, and when that idea fell flat, they tried to prove that certain items should be excluded from the claim, even though the policy wording stated the contrary. They tried all sorts of ************ tacticts and dragged the claim out for 3 full months. Eventually we settled on a lesser figure than the original claim, just to get the whole thing behind us. Their staff are generally unhelpful, uninformed, always late for meetings, and do not easily return phone calls or emails. Beware of these guys!</p>
