Ganyane Metsing, Relationship Executive
Worst customer service i have received ever. Matter got escalated up to the executive office, where i had to deal with Ganyane Metsing, the relationship executive. Absolute rude person, keeps on interrupting one when speaking and you can not state your case. Can not believe that Discovery will have such a rude person as their Relationship Executive. If that is the person you have appointed in this position, that explains all the customer service clients are receiving out there.
