Ganyane Metsing (Discovery Insure Executive Office)
I would like to rate a 5 start to Ganyane Metsing (Discovery Insure Executive Office), through whom I had a positive experience regarding an escalation regarding the update of my profile details which I spend 2 weeks waiting for the update after I contacted Discovery call center initially and provided all necessary doc that was required. Ganyane Metsing was able to turned this delay in the response time of my request from a complaint to a successful TCF (Treat Customer Fairly) outcome.
