Furious claimer

They say that they pay in 3 days for small claims. That is a lie! We are claiming from one of their customers and have tried to phone Nanhlanhla everyday. I have left messages numerous times but she does not come back to me. We only can communicate by email as she never returns calls. Today I had it; I spoke to one of her collogues and asked to speak to her manager which they hesitated and let me hold for 7 minutes and then cuts me off. Must just say they are pathetic. In the meantime I must battle with my car.
