FULL TWO MONTHS MY CAR STILL NOT REPAIRED

I thought if you have Discovery Insure, Discovery Health, Discovery Life, Discovery Invest all in one company you will be treated as a valued customer / client.....pity I'm fooled.<br> <br> My car was in a accident 06 December 2015 in Durban, it took Discovery 1 month and 20 days to approve the claim.....2 months down I haven't received my car. Worse of all I don't get updates from the dealer or discovery on what is happening NO feedback nothing.<br> I've been taking taxi (public transport) to work for the past 3 weeks since the hired car was taken back by AVIS and asked me to pay for extra un authorised dates.<br> <br> sorry but this is a ****tyy service, I've never experienced this before. <br> <br> My biggest fear now is what will happen with other insurances I have with Discovery should there be a need for me to be hospitalized.
