Flat tyres are easy to change but when you're all dressed up, the last thing one wants to do is be crawling around under your bakkie trying to retrieve the spare wheel. Enter Discovery Roadside Assistance and Agent Zunaid Joseph ... after a few security questions and establishing that I was safe, he had the contractor on his way to me. Gardens Towing arrived well within the 25-35 minutes expected arrival time, changed the wheel, and had me well on my way. A follow-up call from Zunaid came within minutes of me leaving the shopping centre parking lot. I was back on the road inside of 30 min without a bead of sweat on my brow and no dirt on my hands.
