Full Circle - Claims Department

I am absolutely impressed with the service and prompt response I received, Aurellia Ngcobo and Discovery together really gave me a full circle positive experience. We have been plagued this past few months with thunderstorms, and when my items got damaged Discovery replaced them all, I really wasn't expecting that, Thank you!! Aurelia you were fantastic I didn't have to call after you the entire time, you kept me up to date on the status of my claim, you processed my claim speedily, the assessor came out to my place on the same day I had logged the claim, you were always reachable; which is more than I can say for my experience with my previous claim, while Discovery's product was brilliant and didn't fail me, the experience I had with the agent handling my claim was second-rate. You clearly signify what Discovery is all about, and really present the brand well, thank you for the friendly and professional manner in which you handled everything.
