Frustrating service

I recently took a discovery warranty policy. I am simply frustrated by their whole process as there seem to be no contact person whom you can contact for assistance. You get to be transferred from pillar to post eventually you get to be transferred to their emergency department who seem to be confused and cannot assist with anything.
