Frustrating Experience

The consultant **** to me about the how the Vitality program works and made it seem like the program is better than that of my current insurance. When I figured out the truth and cancelled the insurance before it commenced, they did not cancel and they debited when the commencement date came. It was such a hassle to get them to cancel my insurance and refund my money back. It was a very frustrating experience.
