Frustrated with the treatment from Discovery

I have had a claim with discovery insurance for over a month now, they are still busy debiting R3800 premium from my bank account but they are not doing anything about my claim, I have tried to contact them on their email and they do not respond to my emails, I’m putting this matter on this platform for the second time because after posting it here someone called Dustin Africa called me and told me to wait for an sms with details of the authorisation but to date I haven’t received any sms and he is no longer responding to my emails, I want discovery to come forward and be bold to tell me that they don’t want to pay my claim and stop playing games with me….because my claim was submitted on the 18 October and still is back and forward games, I’m very disappointed frustrated and feel helpless, I feel this company is taking advantage of me and it is not considerate…
