Frustrated by Red Tape and the runaround by Discovery - Just to get a no-claim letter

<p>I have been trying unsuccessfully to get a letter of no-claim from Discovery so that I can claim for one of the cars on my insurance policy. On phoning I was told to log a claim (very strange logic - but this is so that they can up my insurance on the second round I am sure), which would then be closed and on closing I would be emailed the letter. I have done this, phoned several times and called into the call centre. I have been pushed from pillar to post, ended up at Discovery Health, who then passed me back to Discovery Insure SALES. A short while ago I received a call from an assessment centre. How many times do I need to explain. I AM NOT CLAIMING DAMAGES FROM DISCOVERY. All I need is a letter stating that.</p>
