<p>Submitted a claim to Discovery Insure 30 Jan 2017. Long story short - They (Discovery) wanted to write my car off which I didnt want as I have a shortfall. THe matter was escallated to numerous employees there and it was only when Ganyane Metsing (Team Leader - Claims) got involved that the matter got resolved. She took it upon herself to plead my case with the 'higher powers" and negotiated a settlement for repairs rather than writting the car off. This after I lost my sense of humour and fairly much told Discovery to take a long walk off a short pier. She took my misdirected anger on the chin and still fought my case when other employees there had given up. Proof that the human condition lives. Thank you Ganyane. </p>
