From sad to happy, 1 consultant made all the difference.

I had the misfortune of lightning striking a palm tree next to my house, but that was not the end of it, it also damaged some of my electronics. After get the fire under control I phoned Discovery Insure to inform them of my situation. I think I go a very new consultant or something.... the call basically turned into a interrogation or so it felt like. I was not the happiest client, at that point and spoke to the team leader a day or so later and then Anika Maharaj a Specialist Claims administrator was assigned to my claim. I went from the "I think I am going to cancel my policy" to a happy customer dealing with Anika! She was super efficient and very quick to respond every time I would send het a email. She even phoned me a couple of times just to give me a update on my claim. With representatives like Anika guiding you the entire process, it turned the horrible ordeal into a situation that I felt I could handel with all the assistance she gave me.
