From irrate to clam through great client service

To Whom it may concern, I have been with Discovery for many years now. I recently had a claim that was not being attended to. I contacted Discovery and got through to Natasja Badenhorst from the Sandton branch, in the claims department. She was very professional and assisted very efficiently with the finalizing of the claim process.
