From bad to good

My mother's vehicle is in need of some serious repairs and is not able to drive to the workshop which is around 100km from her residence.

I contact DI on Saturday 15/07 and was told that they would only cover X amount of KM and I would be liable for the balance. I asked for a quote which I was promised by the representative of DI

Monday, 16/07 I called in again as I had not received the quote as promised and time was going by. The call was answered by Patrick Ndopu. Initially I was on edge as I had not received the service as promised, but Patrick handled the situation correctly.

After a short wait, Patrick has resolved all the issues and arranged that the vehicle be collected immediately, which did occur.

I wish to thank Patrick for his great service and the way he dealt with me during my time of annoyance - thank you for saving my day. It is very tough when you are over a 1000km from your elderly mom.
