From Bad to Good

I was initially annoyed with the initial correspondence received via email from the Discovery Insure team, however Jolan Govender came to the rescue. He was not afraid to pick up the phone and have a conversation with me which made the world of difference. This is what sets one apart, it is easy to hide behind a standardized email response and perhaps as a business this should be relooked. Mathibedi Chueu from the Retentions department was extremely helpful and professional during the process and I must commend his excellent customer service.
