What a wonderful service I experienced from Thami in the Exec office at Discovery. When my voice was about to be ignored during my claims process ,he came through and saved the day. Now that’s the level of service I know Discovery offers...thank u so much for the smooth experience from when you took on my claim and thanks to Tintswalo as well for trying to rectify the error on my profile,your patience ,going the extra mile and professional approach is really appreciated. I am super happy that my complaint was treated with a sense of urgency. Big up guys, keep the standard as high.
