From 0 stars to 5 if it wasnt for Thando Ngwenya

If it was not for Thando Ngwenya I still would have struggled with my claim. Never in my life have I been treated so unfair. NEVER have they phoned back.... Except for her.... What a jewel Discovery.... Out of 5 consultants she was THE ONLY one to follow up and pull thru without any rude answers. or empty promises.... I truly wish I could have had her from the beginning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you Thando
