Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient
Dealing with Mpho was such a pleasure. I was not fami**** with some aspects of the products and she patiently explained all the different aspects of the insurance plan I wanted to know more about. And while at it, she made it fun, accessible and highly informative. By the end I felt like I could make a well informed decision regarding my insurance plan.
