I called in because my policy was not updated correctly, she took me step by step explaining exactly what happened and apologies for what happened after that she ensure that i made sure that every thing is correct before putting the phone down. when she talk everything she said it clear, she doesn't talk fast. she even made me realize that i have been paying for vitality for more 11 month that I suppose not to be paying.
