FRIENDLY CANCELATION

I have phoned Discovery Insure to cancel my insurance with them. I spoke to Ebrahim Doolabh who took the call. When I told him the reason for cancelling he opted to review my insurance to see if they can better on my new insurance. He couldn't get me a better price, and instead of being rude because I am cancelling, he was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for being friendly and understanding. Which their was more like you.
